Product Upgrade Policy

At High Emotion Audio®, we understand that the road to the perfect stereo system is a journey, not a one stop destination. With this in mind, we formulated the following policy to better serve our valued customer. Within one year of the purchase of any High Emotion Audio® product, we will allow you to trade your product in for the full purchase price less shipping and apply it toward a new purchase. To qualify for this program all of the following criteria must be met:

Products must be in like new condition. This means the product can be used but must be free of any cabinet defects, scratches, dents, etc.

All packing materials and accessories must be present.

Products can only be traded in for products with a higher sale price.

A return authorization number must be obtained from High Emotion Audio® and be marked on the outside of all returned packages.

Products must pass a technician inspection for cosmetics and electronics.

If any of the above criteria is not met, High Emotion Audio® will not accept the upgrade and will return the product at the customer's expense.
